Human Synergistics offers three workshops to help you measurably impact the effectiveness of the individuals, teams and organization(s) you support. These interactive, hands-on workshops prepare you to expertly apply our processes, assessments and simulations to meet a variety of organizational change and development goals including:

Foundation Workshop
This three and a half day workshop provides an introduction to the Circumplex, the driving force behind Human Synergistics’ Integrated Diagnostic System. It focuses on several products that illuminate the connection between behaviors and outcomes at the individual, team and organizational level, equipping you to address factors that increase productivity and produce measurable, cost-effective improvements.
Management/Impact (M/I) Workshop
This workshop is the core component of our M/I Accreditation Program. M/I is our newest 360 assessment tailored to those in managerial roles and designed to measure and develop “facilitating” approaches – those proven to drive positive business results. Accreditation is required to purchase and use M/I.
Advanced Workshop Series
This series comprises four one-day sessions that can be mixed and matched to meet your specific interests and training objectives. Taught by several senior HS facilitators and seasoned consultants, this workshop covers several of our most sophisticated assessments, including Acumen Leadership WorkStyles™ (LWS), Leadership/Impact® (L/I), and Organizational Culture Inventory®/Organizational Effectiveness Inventory™ (OCI/OEI). The OCI/OEI session prepares attendees to measure the drivers and outcomes of culture and identify opportunities that will help drive the organization to sustainability.
